HOUSE RENTAL APPLICATION

The rental application fee is $28.  When we receive your application we will screen your credit history, rental references, and income  verification or ability to pay.

Applications are required for all prospective tenants over age eighteen.   All persons residing in the unit must complete the application process and submit all applications for one residence at the same time. If forwarding applications via fax, please complete fax cover sheet and submitted with the applications. Students who have no rental history will be required to have parental guarantees.  Please note: houses will not be reserved unless all applications have been received, approved, and a holding deposit is made.
